If you are trading on less than 20k and wanting the use a level II you should try web street or another deep discount broker that offers that kind of feed to save yourself some money. $300 per month adds up quickly and I know cyber-corp has strict rules on acct. size. Do some investigating and research before entering the SOES arena.

JPH,

I currently use executioner.com and pay only $175 (plus exchange fees)per month for real time charting and quotes. But I don't pay those fees because of their 25 trade policy. When I do 25 trades in one month, they waive the above fees. The only set back is that they have a minimum of 10k to open an account. Not sure if that will work for you.
