Computer Telephony Magazine, March 1998
issue, there is a 4 page ad from NMSS
called "Open Telecommunications and High Availability-Fueling the
growth of the Telecommunications Industry"

Here is what they say about IP Telephony:

Virtually every major long-distance carrier in the US and many international carriers are trailing IP
telephony transport equipment.
In addition, infrastructure equipment suppliers are in the process of designing carrier-class IP
telephony gateways which will require support for high availability technology. Several have
announced
plans for commercial deployment of these services in 1998/99. The inherent savings from voice
compression and the flexibility and efficiency of combining voice and data on a single network are
the driving forces behind this fundamental change in network architecture.

The last page of the ad lists various office locations in the following countries (I think pieces of the
puzzle are coming together, DGIV -I would bet- will locate where NMSS is also. Conveniently
located to service the hardware.)

(Ronaldo, you may be interested in this location)
NMSS office in Argentina
Soldado De La Independencia, 1130 Pisos 8 y 9, Argentina
and Hong Kong, Cedex France,

Have a great day, go DGIV
