HOTLINE MESSAGE - August 15, 1998

This is Jay Taylor speaking for Taylor Hard Money Advisors, publisher of J.
Taylor's Gold, Resource & Environmental Stocks newsletter for the week
ending August 8, 1998. This hotline message has normally been updated at
8:00PM EST unless otherwise noted.

JABA INC. announced that it has acquired a 4 billion pound copper
deposit and that the only foreseeable adjustment to that drill-defined
resource will be upward. Management states that even at $0.75 copper, the
raw value is $3 billion dollars. After extraction, even if one pessimistically
assumes only 50% recovery and production cost of $50 cents/lb, the profit
generated would be $750 million. Each penny over $0.75 adds $20 million
in profits to the project.

This acquired deposit, which is located in southeastern Arizona, is to
become an insitu SX-EW production facility. It was acquired from Delta
Exploration Group as per a July 27th announcement for one million shares
of Jaba Inc. $7.5 million in cash to be paid out of operating profits and a 5%
NSR paid after the $7.5 million purchase price is repaid. I hope to tell you
more about this in my September issue. In the mean time, call Jim Alexander
at 1-800-220-8143 or the company directly at (502) 327-7440. I also
strongly suggest you visit the company's website at www.jaba.com...>> Jay Taylor actually took notes talking to people, I wonder...
Naah..
