The news letter said this: " No significant delays in our anticipated SEC filing have been encountered, nor are foreseen, as a result of this conversion " Either there will be "insigificant" delays or none at all. Thats how I read it. Also, they may be holding the SEC filing until just before they make the move to the big board in order to have the impact it deserves and justify the move. Just a thought.

No Leaks You can tell by the Friday price action that there were no leaks in advance of the announcement. That is great. Doing everything by the book. And this is really an announcement of substance. Reading b/t the lines, there will be many more to come. We had the Ks(contracts) and getting those boards was huge. Don't sweat the SEC filing b/c it will happen in due time. Everything is gonna be alright. Expansion is on the way. Revenues and all that stuff that will make for a hot stock. No telling where the price is going over the next few months. But it will be fun to watch.
