Hi Pat, Locus represents about 50 million in revenues and our part of the TimeWorldCom deal starts us at 51 million, so we are actually talking about going over 150 million. (G) We do have a definitive agreement signed on Locus, which is only contingent on the financing. The TimeWorldCom JV will provide us with the needed 10 million $ to complete Locus, but even if something should happen to the TimeWorldCom deal (sounds unlikely, but always some chance) there are other financing options available to the company. I don't mind waiting an extra 2 months or even 6 months if that is what it takes here. I can tell you that Murphy will be doing his best to complete his goal of selling DCI as soon as he can and I personally don't see how we can ask for more or expect to be able to pinpoint at date on that event. It appears to me that the really hard part of building the company to a level actually exceeding the original goal of 100 million has been going well, I know that I am staying.
