You are correct, it does not. When Joe made the decision to put the film library on the market-after 3/31/98-the balance of the Muller Media shares were repurchased according to the contract. As you stated, $3 million of the buyback money went to the repurchase of the Muller Media shares.

So if the 1,749,058 for 582,500 shares does not include Muller, does that mean we paid $3.00 a share to repurchase these shares?? If so, why on earth would we do that?
