another article in this Sunday's times that government is possibly overstating how much has been remediated for year2000..
also Times translated the 41 million Americans not covered by health insurance as 1/6 of population.. with a creation of 14 million jobs over the past few years and with a creation of one million a year of additional non covered workers..(is this where some of the tech productivity creating higher profits is coming from--real high tech..offer fewer benefits..sounds more like stone age tech :>)
also wonder if we should keep our eyes open for Canada and US shipping grain to China down the road..(another article in the Times said that
millions of farm acreage is being flooded to prevent worse flooding
in populated areas)..
(now I sound like a ghoul...will this cause the bottom in grain prices
where US farmers appear to be selling below cost ?)
ps..think I want to stop reading the news..

Just thought of something I wish I could tell the Teacher's Pension
of Texas who wishes dump Disney for recent movies and Ross Perot.
If they were to invest say 5% of their money in Silver & Gold bullion, they would help the lives of Texans more than they can imagine.
Texas has had a great problem of pollution in the water of the Rio Grande and in the air in Texas from Mexico for some time.
If the price of silver and gold were higher, that would lower illegal's entering border states and working at factories near the border, as mines would have work in central Mexico. It would improve air & water quality in Texas as factories near the border lost jobs.
Mexicans not working in mines would be living in near by towns (many near deserted) supplying food for the mines.
Where is all that Ross Perot controlled money when it is needed. You want to hurt NAFTA? Buy silver & gold bullion! The reason the people of Mexico work in those horrid conditions for $2 a day or brave the Border Patrol is because they have to! If those people can make more money near their family homes in mines - they will!
The next "Great Sucking Sound" will be people leaving the border areas of Mexico, and Jobs returning to the US!!!!
Teachers of Texas, Ross, If you care about the people of Mexico(and TEXAS) as much as you say, BUY Bullion!
