They are just hedging to cover their behinds in case it drops a little.

I admire your planning and suggest you look at some other long term holds like LU, TYC, RD to name a few so you are more diversified.

In answer to your question "How can they say CPQ is overvalued"
Don't forget these are the same talking heads news media types who
said the internet stocks were overvalued when they were very low priced. Since then these same "overvalued stocks have gone up 1000%.

Here's some interesting info during the 8/5/98 market decline CPQ
is listed as days low of 25 1/8 and closed at 31 15/16.
Yhoo days low 8/5/98 at 79
aol " " 97 1/2
CSCO 92 13/16
Amzn 100

Can someone please verify CPQ's 8/5/98 low of 25 1/8 or is this a misprint? Thanks,
