Jan we still use the Value line minus the S&P 500 however we are working with a new indicator that Tammy has creased that takes the precentage difference between the two and I think this will give us a better picture. It is a P&F chardt and we watch for buy signals or sell signals. We also are using RS charts on the small cap indices vs the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones. We also have mutual all the classes of mutual funds now on bullish Percnet charts and will be able to readily see changes in small cap value, small cap growth or all small cap funds. Probably the best tip off is the breakout page that will begin to fill up with small caps. I think the next up move will be the small stocks, like 1991 but it won't take long for the big ones to catch up and surpass them. And Jam are you busy on our net page?
