The Solly/Neta spread is only 1% at closing today. The arb play was much before now.

The arb play now is to unwind the position, which involves either delivering their Neta received in the Solly closing or just prior, selling Solly and buying Neta. Which is Neta positive.

However some regular Solly holders may wish to sell Neta when they get that delivered, esp. since there's a tax event anyway.

So who knows. I don't think the arb position here is all that large a percentage.

CNBC's been running a repeating story today re: cheaper ways of buying into the Internet craze. Internet security firms is the subject. Neta is favorably featured as the first example. Checkpoint as well.
