The story has always been the same with me. My record here is open to review. For a couple of days now I have been asking you to support this statement: let me put it to you this way.....the cusip DOES change...is that clear enough for you? Message 5440994 This seems to be a clear and unequivocal statement of fact on your part. The only mention on the web of EDII changing their CUSIP is your own. Now laughably, you say that you have forwarded your view in private to others explaining your position that it was discussed. Well it's no wonder you do your wiggling in private. I'll bet your argument would wither like a Vampire in sunlight if you ever had the courage to post it publicly. You are the one dragging out this point by your failure to admit that you made a mistake. Or to post your references for real. Seems easier to me than posting this long winded evasion that you just floated. Reminds me of your(?)(that was you wasn't it?) role in the Wizard of Oz. "Ahhhh! I'm melting! I'm melting!"

AGAIN...let me restate that to Cliffy I said the discussion of the cusip changing had ALREADY been discussed on the thread and that if he cared to paroose backwards he would find his answer. You too were encouraged to search the thread for your answer...which you have repeatedly refused to do....demanding that I provide you with a short cut. You're getting entirely too into this Mistress Colleen thing. Maybe we'll have to put you up mano-a-mano with Master Jon. In point of fact, you quite definitively said that the CUSIP number will change. And then you refused to offer any proof of this statement. And THAT is the point. I for one cannot understand the basher's concentration on this cusip issue. For any real investor this would not be a driving force to buy into EDII, so why are the bashers so afraid of the cusip, and whether or not the number changes? Oh, gimme a break. YOU were the one who said that shorts would have to cover because the CUSIP was changing. I will provide a lengthy post to the thread and outline the REAL reasons that they should invest in EDII later. You've already done this. Many times. You're as repetitive as John Chapman with his CSHK UPDATE FOR NEWCOMERS. And your posts are as thin on real facts as his are. Um...."paroose"??? You don't by any chance mean "peruse", do you?
