If they settle with the SEC then it's not a SCAM. That makes alot of sense. And if they don't settle, then it is a SCAM. Very interesting thought process. So if they settle up with the SEC then the gold is there. If they don't, then there is no gold there. Plenty of logic to that one.

My money is on the people who have been on the site and have done the testing and have seen the gold.
