>>I just hope the MMs don't know about the bad earnings report.<<

You're dreaming...of course they know.

Use dips to accumulate.

Do current/prospective investors in TSQD really care about their earnings right now? Come on. People are now interested in TSQD b/c of DRIV. Yes, there are losses. Yes, they may have been greater than expected. AMZN's losses this past quarter were greater than many had expected -- an no one cared or cares. Earnings look backwards and TSQD s/hs are looking to the future -- to DRIV -- to propel the shares. I think the co. released its loss on summer Fri. before the IPO to make it likely that people wouldn't pay much attention to it. Unless the mkt. tanks Mon. morning, I doubt we'll see any gap down. This stock trades on FUTURE prospects not past losses -- Scott.

TSQD's "intrinsic" value is totally unknown at this point, aside from a nominal 1.50 -2.00 generously attributed due to Apple's renaissance.

If you really believe that the bad earnings report will weigh more in the coming week's action than the DRIV IPO, I am curious why you bought the issue? Because whether you plan to sell on the IPO action, or hold long for TSQD appreciation down the road, TSQD will forever be joined at the hip with DRIV. If you hold long the only "surprise" would be if TSQD's valuation gets a bump from its own "core" business as an Apple reseller, but that would be a surprise!

Also, I don't think the release late Friday was camoflage: more an attempt to get all the hairy stuff out of the way before the IPO. TSQD knows how much they have riding on DRIV's success, both early and later on, and Friday eve is not a great time to try and sneak something past investors. Think of all the "weekend warriors" of the market, who do their research Sat & Sun. TSQD must feel the opposite of what you do; they are willing to fess up their losses, which were related to DRIV, and enter this coming week's trading with all their cards on the table, saying "We took a beating in getting this fabulous critter to market, now it's time to auction it off."

All the best,
M.

TSQD will gap up, earnings were planned to be seen:

Gimme a break, does anyone really think the earnings were intentionally released a week early to HIDE them over the weekend. No way. TSQD actually did pretty well, it was DRIV that accounts for the widening loss. DRIV will soar becasue of its GROWTH POTENTIAL, not its earnings in the near term. And once DRIV is off TSQD's books, and its value increases with DRIV IPO, TSQD looks like it could be profitable very soon, maybe even next quarter IMHO.

Read the WPost article I posted earlier today, and you will see how much goes into launching an IPO, then you'll see they would not release bad earnings to HIDE them before the IPO. And I am VERY confident Moday's press releases for DRIV will add further to DRIV's coverage this week. The folks who have been here the longest (i.e. DEWave) did not freak out over these earnings, and I for one see their release as a savvy move.

I better stop now, I'm probably sounding too defensive. Think I'll take the rest of the day off. My last post for the day, see you all tomorrow morning!

<<I just hope the MMs don't know about the bad earnings report.>>

Surely you jest.

Anyway, TSQD has moved and will move only because of its DRIV connection.
