You may want to try Medved QuoteTracker - medved.net For now it only tracks US stock exchanges - but the next release will include Canada Stockwatch as the quote source.

The Canada Stockwatch Ticker is recording each trade twice today on Canadian stocks. The volume, number of trades and dollar value for all Canadian stocks is showing at twice the real value in the Ticker. We made a mistake when cycling the Ticker last night. Volume values are recorded correctly on our web pages. If you start an Intra Day chart it will remove duplicate trades and adjust the volumes for that stock, however new trades will still come in twice. NASDAQ and NYSE stocks are not affected.
