Tippet, no need to whine. Just learn and don't make the same mistake twice. Even the best traders and investors have made their fair share of mistakes. I, myself, lose on 20% of my trades. But I've learned ( after all these years ) to let my winners ride and I add to positions when warranted. I trade less and make more these days. I don't allow myself to get whipsawed any more. When I trade options I use Leaps. Rarebird is in Bear Market Mode these days.
