<<I'm not a bear on RNTK - but when the hype gets started by the likes of the "Burrito Bandit" it leaves me quite concerned.>>

I am not a frequent poster, which is why I am not a regular member of SI. But, I am compelled to complain about your vendetta against TokyoMex, whom you derogatorily call the "Burrito Bandit." By trying to discredit him, you are attempting to minimize the due diligence done by a number of other people. (You write as if he owned the company and is pumping it.) I do not subscribe to SA, nor do I blindly follow TMex; I have, however, been directed to a number of interesting companies because of his hard work..and I do my own due diligence thereafter.

This is a high risk investment, albeit a cheap one, where history (SLHO, etc.) shows that an alternative methodology is more than possible and, regardless of oil prices at the moment...that oil companies are investing in the future.

Don't sell this board short.

We've discussed before (for those like you who just showed up this week) that the terms of the upcoming contract are now the important unknown. It must contain either a significant up-front fee OR a restricted equity sale that puts $$ in RNTK's hands immediately, as well as milestone payments. Your point that TX may want to sit on the technology would warrant my adding another warning: The milestone agreements must provide for RNTK payments in the event that TX doesn't want to pursue development aggressively.

I have no doubt we will get the announcement, but the terms and their impact on RNTK are still a wide-open question.

Suggestion: Take that energy you're wasting pissing at Joe and devote it to the above questions.
