The XML Players xmlsoftware.com [categories]...SoftQuad Inc should be the major sponsor of this site(.) ...re: Jonathan Sachs...SoftQuad Inc has multiple announcements pending wherein Jonathan Sachs is quite confident as to their importance/shareholder value...given his short tenure and substantial credentials SoftQuad, Inc and he should simply/responsibly and logically be given the benefit of the doubt to wait through Q1 '99 if cash flow/going concern/solvency allows....at which time a well orchestrated suitor bidding-war should be initiated...the suitor(s) are also acquiring Jonanthan Sachs...we are confident they would be desirous of the knowledge that they were purchasing for top-dollar a robust and rich leading-edge XML enabled internet infrastructure with which he was with the company in establishing for > 5 minutes or 30 days...and why they were purchasing it in the first place...Jonathan Sachs simply needs to be intimately involved with this bidding war [process i.e. q2 '98-q1 '99?] in positioning SoftQuad Inc as the Internet's [ XML] Application Server/Web Authoring/CD Web publisher-enabled crown-jewel(.)...whether overtly or behind the scenes...tauber's sites xmlinfo.com, xmlsoftware.com, and schema.net, and the SI XML site techstocks.com say it all...
