I didn't mean to scare everyone away. For anyone wishing to help out by posting a message on one of the other stock talk forums I would like to offer the following that can be used. My name is Charles Bankes and I have been a long time supporter of IPM on the Silicon Investor stock talk forum. Recently myself and two other posters on SI who post under the names of Paunch and Robert Wayne have taken up an initiative in order to have the share holders voice heard by the board of directors of IPM. I have been taking E-mails from people pledging their shares to call a special share holders meeting of IPM. The purpose of this meeting will be to hear what the current state of the company is and an attempt to keep it out of Chapter 7 bankruptcy. We have initiated several steps. First is to call the special share holders meeting. Second is to find out who would be willing to participate in a private placement if one were offered in order to raise funds to pay off debt. Third is to call for an election of the board of directors since the term of the last election ended June 20th of this year. I am asking for share holders to allow me to offer their permission to me on behalf the the number of shares that they own in order to call this meeting. We currently have over 130 people particpating in this effort and the number is growing each day but we need more representative shares behind us. We have had people offer from 100 shares up to shares numbering in the six digit figure and every single person backing this effort that we are undertaking is very much appreciated by all. What I need at this point is simple. I need an E-mail and real name that the shares are held under in order for the shares to be counted. I will be making out a master list of E-mail address so that updates on our activities can be sent out to those persons involved. I would also like to state the highest level of confidentiality will be observed at all times and that I will be the only person with this information and it will not be shared with anyone. If there are people that you know that have shares of IPM and they do not have E-mail or follow the stock talk forums then please talk to them and inform them of our efforts. It doesn't matter whether they hate you or not for getting them into IPM what matters is that we attempt to preserve our investment and the opportunity for appreciation. Due to the fact that there is opposition to our efforts within the desert dirt consortium surrounding IPM I will not go into details of where we are in our efforts on a public forum. Many of the members of the Silicon Investor forum have met me and trust me and I know that those on other forum don't know much if anything about me at all so I am essentially asking for a leap of blind faith on the part of these people and can only hope that through this effort earn your trust and respect as well. best regards to all, Chuck Bankes cbankgold@aol.com
