hm....thx for the quick response. Will go to Yahoo now. I'm not real familiar w/navigating around Yahoo, but it sounds like a place I need to visit more often. BTW, FWIW, I've held another stock that was to be delisted by a certain date... and the SEC, unceremoniously and w/unfair surprise notified the company AFTER the market was closed one day...a week early of the "promised deadline"...that it was to be delisted the next morning... AND IT WAS! All the protestations in the world didn't bring that baby back around... SEC is not accountable for keeping its word on anything...especially something as ticklish as "delisting" That one is now wallpaper. PS... Mutual Funds usually can't purchase a stock UNDER $3 by their own regulatory statements issued in their original prospectae Don't know that M/F money is gonna help anyone until after it gets above $3 and STAYS there. Do you know how many registered shareholders ADMT has? That could also be part of the "problem" with staying listed... 3 Sacred Rules at least: Number of REGISTERED shareholders Market Cap Share price O/49r
