It takes money to make money, look at the trades cooper shows, he trades 250,000 to +400,000 a day without margin based on 1000 share trades. and got 10 points in the diary that was in H/R I. You want 5 points or 10% a week, compound that and see if you are realistic. points are easy to count but 5 points on 400,000 is 1.25% not 10%. If it were that easy, everyone would do it.

Percentages still count. It is dependent on capital, work and luck. BTW: if you margin than return is doubled but so are loses. The 1/8 of a point loss is 1/4 on your capital.
