Just starting to look at this company. Even with 16m shares at .03 or so that is only a cap of about 500k. Isn't the company worth more than that?? Starting to do some DD to determine value. Any help out there, any latest thoughts.

I not sure the market is unpredictable right now On one hand the convertibles is diluting the outstanding shares. But the sudden increase in volume is drawing lots of attention to the stock. To correct another misconception on this board. Klaire holdings only owns 23% of Klaire International, not 100% as claimed by some posters. They said financial 10K reports should be out soon and suggested I wait till I could get them, So I could do my own analyses. and
