$12.49, $12.49, $22.49, $12.49, $12.49, $12.49, $12.99, $16.25, $24.49

These are prices for the last 9 cd's from Van Morrison going back to 'Best Of' in 1993....not really anything here for $8.97 I can see.

Gambler -

I looked up a few, expecting a glitch, and unhappily, those I called up ARE selling for 8.97. There must be an explanation, as you say. Maybe some others of you can figure it out? This bothers me. But it might bother me more if I were a shareholder of the competitor, wondering where their revs will come from.

Gambler, I agree with John Hall, I looked up Janet Jackson (RYTHM NATION) - price 12.49, Beatles (Yellow Submarine and Abbey Road - both 12.49). BUT...what they do advertise for
8.97 are the CURRENT TOP 100 according to Billboard. TSIG dollar for dollar still beats them out pricewise as consumers will not always
purchase just the current top 100, IMO.

Gambler, Shopping.com is a good site, check out the stock price IBUY trading OTC at $25.00 a share, with a float of 1.3 million. That's gotta say something for TSIG.

Gambler, this is a good sight, but you better be prepared to buy more than one CD...$3.50 for the first, and $.90 for each after that. Not all CD's are $8.97. I did a lookup on one of my favorite early 70's bands (Deep Purple) and I got $11.75 twice and $19.75 on another for single albums.

Another thing is their relatively high price on tapes, often within a buck of the CD price. But, like 8-tracks, does anyone really buy tapes anymore?

Good site, functionality, relative price, and formable competition to CCI, but I'll still takes my chances with TSIG.
