As I recall, shares outstanding : approximately 18.5 millions and float is around 6-6.5 millions.

Hi ~protege:

I just added the previously existing links from the main DGIV thread regarding outstanding/float share data to DGIV info thread:
Message 5454800

You were right ... this data was not previously on the info thread and should have been. The links I added to the info thread simply reflect the same numbers that several people have already reiterated here tonight. I just wanted to show that the data had already been posted ... noone was trying to hide anything.

If someone calls the transfer agent to get up to date info, could you please post the update to the info thread.

Cheers

Mike

P.S. here's a very useful SI search feature I stumbled across that makes searching for things like outstanding shares on any thread much easier.

Use Full-Text search, but also throw in the desired thread subject number so that search is only performed within that thread. Without using the subject number, the search query usually returns more results than are useful as the search is performed across all SI threads.

1. First determine subject number. This appears in the URL address window of your browser when you first enter a thread.

e.g. when I first enter the DGIV No Shoes thread, this URL appears in my browser address:
Subject 20535

2. Then copy/paste (or type) the subject number into the Full-Text search window. You do have to remove the hyphen between Subject and the number. For example, if I am searching for the word 'outstanding' on just the DGIV No Shoes thread, I enter the following into the Full-Text search:

outstanding Subject20535

3. The result of this search for "outstanding" on just the DGIV info thread yields the following:
