Big Bucks, thanks for the second read. I found this interesting:

Note "what we ARE seeing from IBM's CMOS-6S-2 process" (0.25u) is present tense. "We have parts in hand from a 0.18u process ..." is also present tense. Perhaps this explains the stock's recent rise.
