20,000 mil shs I think the number is 20 million shares outstanding. I think 50 mil authorized. Not sure of float. Maybe about 6.6 mil. Jimmy has about 11 mil in his holding company. Those numbers are close. I think sandstuff knows the actual numbers.

Hi everyone. I'm back from Memphis. Thanks for the tips. With the eight hour drive (total), I only managed to catch Graceland (right at the beginning of Elvis week) and one cool record shop. The rockabilly festival had to have been washed out by the onslaught of rain that hit right at the end of the day, so I missed that, and I missed the duck parade at the Peabody Hotel, and yes Charliss, I missed wild times with your recommended escort service (which sounded almost fun enough that I would consider paying for company or maybe it was just the cars). So what great news we have from DGIV! Considering the number of posts following the email, I don't think I have any new thoughts to contribute other than that it was very reassuring, I look forward to more great news, and GO DGIV, yeah baby, yeah!!!!!!!!
