Hi Sherry, Thanks for posting exactly what I was thinking. I've always wondered why something as simple as an informational E-Mail or Internet posting has been so difficult. As far as I can tell.... everyone... including Tom... has had positive feelings toward such an effort. Many people have offered their time and effort for doing such a simple thing. I really don't see a valid excuse for not having done it. There are TOO many areas of information that could be explored to use the excuse... "it's under non-disclosure". My simple vision of how this information could be gathered is to have someone...like Larry or David or anyone known to the company be called by Tom or whoever is the focus of attention for that session and have a short question/answer session regarding pertinant topics. This conversation could be recorded as a service to the "recorder" in order to transcribe conversation and not miss or forget or confuse given information. A short time later this information could be distributed in whatever means neccesary. Expensive???.... the cost of a 15 minute long-distance call. Time consuming???... 15 minutes of our Corporate Leaders time. Beneficial???... I THINK SO!!!! Now... I'm not asking for "glowing reports" of our situation. In fact... I would half expect to hear MANY things that aren't or didn't go right for our company. I also do not expect information that is ACTUALLY under "non-disclosure" or is of a sensitive nature. I truly believe however, that there are SOOOO many questions in so many areas that SOME information could be shared. I would much rather hear "I asked Tom about the current merger status and he replied... I can not discuss this but I would expect that information will be made available prior to November"... instead of just silence. I don't know about the rest of you... but silence with regards to the many many areas of interest we have expressed desire in learning about, gives me an uneasy feeling of being totally scammed under a veil of secrecy. Tell me successes and failures. Tell me revenue and lost revenue. Give me numbers if available. Give me something instead of...'I'm disappointed in shareholders because they don't have all the info and shouldn't be bashing me if they are uninformed!' Give us the info... inform us... we are suppose to be on same side. Ok... off my box again.... Lance

SUNDAY P.M. musings on a full stomach (and that takes some doing jaja) now that i have mowed the lawns, and keeping my mind busy with this stock and this thread, i would like to post about what i think first off, i am TIRED of hearing about this stock falling back from the runs to 2.5 & 3cents, all the while the complainers admit to selling at the first chance to make a penny, or recoup some losses...i think of the day the stock fell 1/2 cents on 60shs traded...hello ???? i also think of the bashing...hey, i own this stock let me bash it a little, maybe that will help...hello ??? potential new buyers and new investors read this thread...let me post negative comments, berate the company, and speak without knowing what i am talking about... hello ??? let me second guess decisions, and put a negative spin on statement and actions...maybe that will help....hello ???? suppose no one posts as in the aforementioned...suppose no one sold in fear, in disgust, or on lack of news....my guess is we could be sitting at 6cents, waiting for this next run...instead we get 1 point something, and wonder why ! there, i feel better now...come and get me ! jp
