Subject: Growth of shares Date: Sun, Aug 9, 1998 18:31 EDT From: Szanvil I checked the companies 10K which agrees that the number of issued shares had a fantastic growth. In Dec 1993 the shell company had 1,144,252 outstanding shares Then in 1994 the new group controlled by Allen Burditt took over control. In 1994 they immediately issued 12,668,318 shares and in 1995 they issued 515,000 shares and as of Dec 31,.1995 there were 14,327,570 shares outstanding and when you get to Sept 30,1997 the total has increased to 33,425,041 shares but the best is yet to come as we now have the equivalent of 200,000,000 shares (approx) divided by the 20 to 1 reverse split to balance (approx) the 10 million new shares existing today. Fantastic 1 million shares to 200,000,000 shares under the direction of Burditt and Timmins and Clark, in four years.
