Market Gems Daily Data... The real-time trading room will be affilated with another company but Market Gems will most-likely have a major presence there. As for now we are introducing marketgems.com the next transition in addition to the bulletin board. We noticed that there are many different kinds of data feed available. Most are about $75 a month and one or two are above $300 and the most expensive is Bloomberg which is about $2,000 monthly. The two I have are Reuters $75 a month and Dow Jones $75 a month. These are real-time data services. The next transition are the 15-20 minute delayed data feeds from newsalert and Yahoo. Market Gems will provide another one which is not instantaneous but with a 2-3 minute delay. At 8:30-9:15 in the morning we will already have all the upgrades/downgrades posted on this site, BEFORE they are posted on YAHOO and other 'free' sites. We will concentrate on our "watch lists" stocks, especially anything related to earnings, etc. We will also have anything newsworthy in the internet, technology or any sector that looks 'hot'.. I also have a new software program that 'scans' the entire market in real time for any stocks answering my own particular criteria. (i.e. volume 150% more than average daily volume, prices from $10-30 a share, etc. 10-20-30-50 day moving average breakouts, Stochastic breakouts, Point & Figure breakouts etc.) These are NOT stocks I have in my data base but it will scan the entire market. These stocks will also be put in a special place on our dailyfeed site. By 9:35 I can easily have 30 stocks in these categories. We will download these to the site and see how this works for a while. This will, of course, only be available to subscribers at no extra charge during this 'beta' period.
