L3, i have a distaste for MU. it's being upgraded cuz of what might be just a temporary increase in DRAM. who knows?

i actuallly don't like Semi as an investor. I think they are all
trading stocks.

i m not good at shorting especially what happens even if u r right
but those analysts keep upgrading the stock?

right now there are lots of oppurtnity to go long. (not MU) but others.

I would direct you to two articles recently written by Andy Kessler on theStreet.com entitled "The Pig In the Python" (Parts I and II). If you are a subscriber, search the name Kessler and you will find them. Excellent discussion of some of the things you're wondering about - mentions Micron specifically.

Also, on the AMAT thread, very knowledgeable posters seem to think the big drop is still coming.
