Bonjour and merci for the posting, you hard-working guy !! Brent S Belzburg and Harrowstone: can you check the background via the company's regulatory filings - is that the same B. Belzburg who managed First City Trust's real estate investments? I dont know what the reasons, but that company suffered losses and subsequently went insolvent. And I lost some savings. Generally, be very careful of the Canadian real estate companies. There is potentially some serious problems going to surface for those companies which have borrowed in non- Can.$ denominated currency - and will have to pay back with a lower dollar than they borrowed at. Actually, if I was looking to short stocks, this would be my first choice of area on the Canadian markets. Regards Don.
