I'm sorry, w, you are right. I WAS responding to that part of the post, but missed the prior sentence which said it came from Empire. My mistake. But in answer to your question, I think he's trying to avoid answering you by his answer. Perhaps he is not legally bound to give you the information here at SI, but I can assure you he IS required to disclose that information to clients. Perhaps they won't tell you until AFTER you've made a trade.<g> That would certainly be in line with some of the behavior some here have claimed. I would THINK that they are required to disclose to anyone who asks, because they are all potential clients, but I'm just not sure. Perhaps someone will post the correct answer. Len
