I'm sorry, w, you are right. I WAS responding to that part of the post, but missed the prior sentence which said it came from Empire. My mistake.

But in answer to your question, I think he's trying to avoid answering you by his answer. Perhaps he is not legally bound to give you the information here at SI, but I can assure you he IS required to disclose that information to clients. Perhaps they won't tell you until AFTER you've made a trade.<g> That would certainly be in line with some of the behavior some here have claimed.

I would THINK that they are required to disclose to anyone who asks, because they are all potential clients, but I'm just not sure.

Perhaps someone will post the correct answer.
