Cola.....sorry for the late response. As you have read about no doubt....the company is attempting to float a bond issue with warrants attached. I had originally posted what had been already posted from AOL here thinking it was an official release of the prospectus. Most everyone is probably aware by now that this information was not intended for public dissemination and that the public relations guy at AIPN was a little miffed over it. What does this mean??? Well.....I sure don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from it that's for sure. Tells me that AIPN does not have a wrap on this issue.....and that the company itself may be attempting to sell this thing. Unusual to say the least. We should all know much more very soon.

As for your other concerns. I am not under the impression that the Kaz government has to approve every move that the company makes.....but I guess I would not be surprised if it is true. I just don't know what the rules are. Neither do I have a handle on the drilling time frame. Obviously the company does not have the monies to drill until after the bonds are sold. So....we wait for more information. Any information. The stock price has declined nearly 85% for a variety of reasons that you no doubt are aware of by now. Hindsight analysis is so easy.....ahhhhh yes. The big 'red' flag for me was the way the conference call was handled back in April and the subsequent market reaction. I knew better.....in fact......I told a friend of mine by e-mail that I had the feeling I was going to have my head handed to me in a basket shortly and that we should sell and see what happens. Well.....I didn't sell....and my head was prompted handed to me in that basket. Live and learn. God...I hate that cliche. So the stock languishes in the lower ones awaiting some of the uncertanties to dissipate. It will take a while yet I'm afraid. Good luck to everyone.
