doc...are you looking for a bounce on fdx at 56 or do you see it busting through in freefall to 50 then??? do you have info about downgrades, etc.?

More Svelte's Sunday Shorts Two more to consider: UN (Unilever) iqc.com I shorted UN on Monday. I put in a close trailing stop as it seemed to want to move up prior to earnings on 8/7. I got stopped out with a gain of 3/16[!!!] just prior to the big Friday down move. Although UN met their numbers, their "look ahead" view was not very optimistic - slow growth, etc. I am looking to reshort. CCK (Crown Cork & Seal) iqc.com Not a whole lot of excitement here, just a steady downtrend. Negative surprise 6/98. 8/4 estimates for 9/98 and F/98 decreased. 8/7 hit new 52 week low. Zacks rates it a sell. These are stocks like WIT and Toro that I love to short. I would love to get some suggestions on securities like these.
