Nope Mark is not involved but I wish he were. " I have" is a figure of speech stating I know of two shells bidding for the same companies. Business Consultants are exactly that they represent companies. Now I like Mark Pierce and I do not care who doesn't .. the man's action have clearly definited himself. GB

Consultants, Lawyers, Agents, Brokers, call them what you will, but they are a fact of life in the business world. I would think that when someone wants to take their company public, they would hire someone to help them put the deal together. Whether it is a PR firm, lawyer, or whatever, a dealmaker is always part of the equation. Actors do not generally work because they are actors. They work because they have agents out there working their butts off getting them work. People use brokers to help them sell their homes. People use representatives to do all sorts of things. Do you think that if Noblehouse S.A. wants to go public they just dial 1-900-OTC-BB98 and set it up? The representation does not bother me. It would be lack thereof that would bother me more. I am a shareholder of CNHH, and have been for quite some time. Back when they were looking at Noble House, I was fortunate enough to acquire a copy of the audited financials. I actually have a copy in Greek, and a translated copy in English. I took it to a relative and confirmed that the translation was accurate. I will try to figure out a way to make this info available to everyone. This is one of those things that they should have known was going to get torn apart here. There are some people who post on this thread who should just sell this stock and move on, because they will never be happy with anything this company will do in the future. They will always be critical. I hope you are not becomming one of those people, Joe. :-) Binder
