Good Evening Dan, I have no idea why not. It appears the following companies meet the criteria that would allow them to be listed on the Nasdaq for one.

FCCI has been trading for over 1 year in the $60-70 range and has a capitalization of $579,900,000
CNOTB has been trading for over 1 year in the $120-135 range and has a capitalization of $249,400,000
FBMI has been trading for over 1 year in the $20-35 range and has a capitalization of $74,900,000.

The main theme here is that there are hundreds of BB stocks trading in the $20, 30, 40 50, 100 and $200 range and still BB stocks. In my opinion this tells me that Financial Intranet, Inc. (FNTN) can very easily trade in an extremely higher price range and never even have to move off the BB list.

The one thing I will say though, is no matter what the profile of a stock is on the OTC:BB Board, most big brokerage houses will never recommend it just because it is a BB stock. In my opinion, I would think one of the main reasons to move to the Nasdaq or Amex is for better coverage of the stock.

Maybe someone else out there can shed more light on this matter.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

I believe I know how good a thing you have here in FNTN.

However, I have to believe that most of you invest in other securities. While this is clearly OT, I would highly recommend you review the following post for what is about to happen.

Very possibly, if you are interested, you might want to shift some of your investing power from those non-performing stocks, obviously not FNTN.
