<Let the inspection and naysaying begin.> Dusty I agree everything should be examined here, but I don't believe that gives people the right to naysay, it's almost that you believe they should go hand in hand. If you uncover facts that's one thing. But to just naysay because you are going under the guise of being cautious is counter-productive. This is good news as far as I can see, this company has real assets and audited financials, so far so good. If you find facts that show this isn't a good move then by all means present them. But without facts, naysaying is just foolish. Ernie

Dusty, "Now, I see that is not acceptable to you. Why?" No No No!! Not True! I agree 100% that caution is in order. I don't disagree with the fact that everything and everyone should be questioned. However, the very first post Joe made was of a critical nature, and I do not think that is fair either. I agree that the negatives should be posted right along with the positives, which is why I am trying to find a way to share this 20 plus page audited financial I have. I want someone else to see this, just in case there IS something bad that I have missed. I too, plan to leave no stone unturned. I would rather err on this side of caution. I will not be critical of a naysayer, however, I will still be critical of meritless personal attacks on individuals. Questions are one thing...accusations of wrongdoing and innuendo are quite another, and will be met with my wrath whenever I see them. To be honest with you, however, I have quite enjoyed the intelligent dialogue we have been able to have over the past few posts. :-) Binder
