The SEC action is a typical response to a BB stock, where complaints of miss representation have been made. One only need look at a claim of $200,000,000 in value and an .18 cent a share stock and it raises some eyebrows. Will the SEC prove any violation on MTEI's part? That's highly doubtful and the stock will resume trading. MTEI will be a great deal more cautious in the future though......and that is the intended lesson....:)
