Joe yep that I know and it is on my website and even the press releases announcing the two shipping companies. I hope they get back to their highs also so everyone who wants out can get out.

But at least the board is trying to get something in this shell other than nothing. At least this time they have audited financials and assets. At least we got something other than what the filings state on the Arcon deal. One minute Midland has all this stuff and assets and so forth and 5 months later there was nothing. It is all in the filings.

Here is a press release from last year also.

This company is sound but has not apparently gotten the deal they wanted. People are just as greedy in the real world as those on-line. Everyone wants all they get.

Did you do any DD when you bought MIDL???
or did you just look at the last couple of press releases and maybe just the last 10-k, and then when the sh*t hit the fan (hmmmm...better do that thorough DD now.)

Reading all SEC filings for at least the last 2 years should be done before investing in a stock (preferably all that are available). That doesn't necessarily mean everyone does it or all the time (and from time to time on Nasdaq stocks I just look at earnings and skip the filing)
