Jim! I can't imagine a teacher in front of a classroom of children encouraging jokes at another's expense! I take that back...my husband had a teacher like that at his school...taught fifth grade! His children had absolutely no respect for him. Some of the stories he told me would curl your hair...no maybe not yours. His students' parents were requesting the removal of their children from his class last year at such a rate last year that the admisistration finally moved him to the junior high school. That's another sad commentary on our school system, hard to get rid people like that. So sad! -pam
