In fact, the urgent task in front of ESS is

(1) To deliver new product(s) to the market ASAP;
(2) To secure purchase order from the design-wins;
(3) To control operational expenses;
(4) Finally, not to order excessive wafer starts without firm orders from key customers.

A new CFO ought to sit in the critical meetings that make those decisions and agree to these corporate moves.
