+From hotoffice's site:
+Select your Price Plan. The first 30 days are FREE!
+Plans range from $19-$199/month

+From planetall's site:
+How much does PlanetAll cost?
+PlanetAll is completely free.
+You will not receive a bill from
+PlanetAll for any of the services

MSOffice is not free.

Yahoo, Excite, Hotmail, Juno, etc all offer free email
and currently have greater number of users than the established
base of users who you say will upgrade for a FEE to the
intergrated MSOffice.
