Are we over the authorized amount of shares?

Yep

Are we going to be asked to authorize more shares during this new shareholder meeting.

Possibly yes... we need a registration ... can't issue shares without a registration and can't do a registration with out shareholder vote in a fully reporting company when it is more than the 350,000 registration that exists now. Even though there are stops transfers in place the stock has been issued.

Now if we get an aquistion and they get issued restricted shares that equates to more than 50% to authorize the registration and can be done without a shareholder meeting I believe. If there are no aquistions then we get a shareholder meeting we have to vote. I personally will vote for the registration myself. Since we do not have an acquistion I do not consider it until it is a black and white deal.

Just waiting

Jim it's not a dividend but a split and the split along with the shares sold into the float. This causes the ceiling to have to be lifted to get the split done. So who ever has to buy the shares I see it as having to start buying post-split shares... ie 50% more...
