Did Antares disclose to the market that they were using a promoter? I know I did not see anything about it in any press release. Does the TSE not consider this a material fact? It would seem that this fact is a material item and would be of interest to investors, regulators and a number of banks that might have been involved during the incredible, unbelievable market that Antares enjoyed briefly. I do not know how to get these reports so I am asking this question honestly. Are there trades by insiders that correspond with the market activity that saw the stock go over $4.00? IF there are, AND IF a promoter was used, AND IF this fact was not disclosed, would Antares want this information coming to light? So has silencing John (is he back from Vegas yet?) really been worth it. I know it's been entertaining reading.

One more question for Don. I got the year end results from Sedar (electronic fillings) and looked at them briefly. Did the Rappa purchase get explained at the time to everyone's satisfaction. Specifically, I believe Antares paid a little over $2,000,000 for Rappa and almost all of it was for Goodwill. Am I wrong? Or is this normal in mining situations? I also believe they also threw in another 500,000 options at $0.70. Again, just asking some questions looking for answer. Certainly no libel intended. After all, surely Antares knew that throwing the spotlight on John would cast reflections back on them. Maybe we should all visit the sedar site (www.sedar.com/issuers/issuers.htm) and take a closer look at this year-end report. May be more questions to ask.

Thanks, CIMA, I just heard similar thoughts in PMs. Interesting.

In this post #reply-5448556 Donald F. DeKold says;

"...While Barrick was preoccupied with their attempt to acquire BRE-X, Antares stepped in to provide Coleville with the needed funds. This is exactly why Antares acquired an initial 45% interest in the Ojolali."

What are the chances that Brian Smith and/or Paul Gray were involved in that deal?
