Morning John, I can't really see shareholder benefit. If warrant are going to be repriced and never expire, why not sell the stock and buy the warrants? I'd much rather see the warrants expire as there supposed to, and some form of long term "right" offered to all shareholders. This would put the incentive on buying stock not on buying warrants. In the event of a major discovery and share appreciation, any dilution from exercise would not be a negative. Just my opinion, thanks for replying.
