James, to my knowledge no shares have gotten away. The stop transfers are in place and legal proceedings are going forward is all I know. If we do not get an acquistion that has more than 50% of the stock then we will probably have to do a shareholder vote since that is all that own this stock at this time. I explained all this in my last post if we get an acquistion we may not have to do a vote. I called the TA simple as that. Most everything I am telling you is what is in the filings and news releases and calling the TA. Simple reading is all. GB

Jim the stops are a placed between the stock sits intransit from the broker to TA or TA to DTC as I unstand it. So what do DF have access to? nada at the moment. What does Merril Lynch have access to? nada at the moment. What does DF have to give back? the stock he alegidily took. What does ML have to give back? the stock that was alegidily sold into the float. I hope DF's casio deal his brings in big bucks. :>)) I hope ML is forced to return those shares by purchasing on the open market... IMHO JeffG
