Lawrence, I doubt that my stay here will be as a long term investor, but stranger things have happened. Typically, when a company has to resort to floorless, it is an indication of financial straits. While the current floorless might be over, the basic fundamentals are still there. Once the details of the new financing become available, it will be easier to determine if TTRIF is stepping into a new era from a financial point of view. Of course, they still have to show they can be operationally profitable . I probably will be out on the news coming out, but we will see. Zeev
