Market reaction to news is what counts. Crude futures were flat this morning despite this bearish WSJ report. Of course the news is bad. That is why the stocks have been smashed. But perhaps it has already been discounted at current depressed prices. If you wait for good news before buying these stocks, you probably will miss much or most of the next upmove.
