edmaOne(TM) repeater standards worldwide, Repeater Technologies today announced its
membership in the CDMA Development Group (CDG).

Repeater Technologies will work with the CDG to standardize edmaOne repeater products as well as to advance edmaOne
applications globally. As the inventor of diversity repeaters and the first repeater manufacturer to deploy this technology,
Repeater Technologies offers the CDG a wealth of real-world experience and a myriad of direction on repeater and edmaOne
engineering and standards setting.

The company will be an active member of the CDG and will be exhibiting and presenting at the CDMA Americas Congress,
Nov. 17 - 20, at the Century Plaza and Century Hotel in Los Angeles. This presentation will emphasize cost-effective coverage
solutions by deploying edmaOne repeaters -- a trend that is escalating with wireless carriers such as Clearnet, Lifecom(R),
Central Wireless Partnership, Virginia PCS Alliance, West Virginia PCS Alliance and Wireless North and infrastructure
manufacturer Lucent Technologies.

''The CDG welcomes RTI to the Group and looks forward to the company's active participation in the development and
implementation of edmaOne worldwide,'' said Perry LaForge, executive director for the CDG. ''With the use of edmaOne
repeaters, network operators can cost-effectively achieve full coverage in the networks throughout the world.''

''As a member of the CDMA Development Group, we will be working towards setting the standards for CDMA repeaters
into the next millennium and fostering the importance repeaters have in CDMA development and network buildout,'' said Ken
Kenitzer, president of Repeater Technologies.

''With Repeater Hybrid Networks, base station count can drop, reducing capital costs and minimizing backhaul costs, enabling
carriers to prosper with their CDMA systems.''

Repeater Technologies is a total solution provider offering over-the-air and linked Network Repeaters(TM), RepeaterNet(TM)
network management software and RepeaterCAD(TM) RF engineering design tools. The company invented the diversity
option for over-the-air CDMA repeaters with a patent now pending and invented and patented linked repeaters. These
innovative offerings allow operators to implement repeater/base station hybrid networks and lower their infrastructure costs.

Repeater Technologies currently supports more than 400 customers in 60 countries on six continents for the AMPS, edmaOne
and DAMPS (TDMA) standards in cellular, PCS, wireless local loop and in-building wireless networks. For more information
