Dave..Could not agree with you more..and

I would certainly like to get Agora's position on the developments
and issues that are being raised since Speros' affiliation with SYD.
Just like many MIQ shareholders are starting to feel that something might be going astray I know that there are many Jot-It (SYD)
investors that are not too happy with their situation.

The "REAL" problem in my opinion, is that no matter which company
your have invested in, if the company or it's public relations firm fails or
is incompetent in delivering adequate and detailed information about what is going on with the company's projects etc. the shareholders will leave the company and invest somewhere else. This of course
hurts the company's chances for survival and actually destroys it's creditability..as well as the people running the company!!!!

Good afternoon, David. You are correct with respect to spats and we regret having to engage in them every so often. For this, we apologize to you and all shareholders alike. However, on rare occasion, they become necessary when a poster elects to continuously make personal attacks.

Constructive criticism, no matter how harsh the tone, is always welcome. Anything beyond this will not be tolerated, especially in an open forum. You don't tolerate it when it comes from fellow posters and, for the same reasons, neither do we.

Now, back to the business at hand, MIQ. Several shareholders have asked what impact there will be on MIQ, as a result of the recent appointment of Mr. Speros to SYD USA. We have asked the company and/or Mr. Speros to provide shareholders with a written statement to this effect. Summer holidays may be a short term factor but we expect a response in the near future.

Regards,
Agora Internet Relations Corp.
