Scott ; I meant withdrawal pain from being called Scoot ..... ggg ----> would offer the jury too much sage advice..... down here in rural NE Tx the best usage for sage is to use it on the turkey while cooking ...... that will be the area into which I fit ...... ggggg I've never served on a criminal jury in my life...... the past 2 district judges, both close friends, would dismiss me without question ....... I knew all the victims and perps ....... gggg .... and their families, too ..... on both sides. It has been funny in the past with that situation. One judge, his wife and mine were in the same office at school, was a good friend and he told me after about the 10th time to be struck for cause just not to bother to come to his court ...... auto excused ...ggggg and then when he died, his replacement was a friend with whom I've had numerous business dealings.....gggg this new one, I might get seated ....... The foreign markets look bad early. Europe is down Asia is down So as to leave you with some "sage" adivce and as goes one of my favorite quotes -------> "Shoot low, Sheriff, they're riding Shetlands" ....... Regards ---- Nemer
